Our story began long before the formation of our firm, before the vision, the strategy, or even the name. It began with the people who now sit at our table.

Together, our leadership council represents more than 150 years of combined experience across family enterprise, global finance, structured lending, mergers and acquisitions, operational transformation, and long-term stewardship. Each leader arrived through a different chapter, but all share a single conviction: enduring businesses deserve enduring guardians.

Our Chairman’s journey set the foundation. He began with a single family venture, humble in origin, ambitious in scope, and built through decades of disciplined effort. That business grew into an award-winning enterprise, recognised not only for performance, but for the integrity behind it. His philosophy is generational: build something meaningful, build it well, and build it to last. That principle anchors our firm today.

Alongside him is our Chief Mergers & Acquisitions Officer, a builder who understands founders because he has been one. After starting, scaling, and successfully exiting his own business, he dedicated his career to mergers and acquisitions. Since then, he has overseen hundreds of transactions, developing a rare instinct for aligning exceptional businesses with the right long-term future. His approach blends precision with empathy, ensuring every deal respects both numbers and people.

Our Chief Financial Officer brings deep international experience from publicly listed environments. Having held senior finance leadership roles across global markets, she possesses a rigorous command of governance, reporting, capital structure, and operational finance at scale. Her expertise ensures that each company we steward operates with institutional discipline, transparency, and financial resilience across jurisdictions and market cycles.

Our Chief Investment Officer combines investment leadership with a deep background in finance broking and structured capital solutions. He has founded and led multiple finance and brokerage businesses, advising owners, lenders, and institutional investors across a wide range of transactions. His career spans private credit, acquisition finance, refinancing, and growth capital, giving him a rare ability to structure capital that aligns ambition with durability. This experience provides the firm with differentiated access to capital, creative deal structuring, and a pragmatic understanding of risk across cycles.

Strengthening our operational capability is an industry expert with more than 30 years of experience leading profitable growth across the electrical and lighting services and distribution sectors. His career has been defined by hands-on leadership through change, turnaround, and expansion. With a proven track record of delivering results through change management and restructuring, he ensures strategy translates into operational reality within the sectors we know best.

Our leadership is further reinforced by a senior legal advisor with over two decades as a partner at two City law firms. His practice has spanned corporate law, corporate banking, restructuring, and insolvency matters, with extensive experience across Europe, the Middle East, the United States, and the Caribbean. He has also played a key role in roll-up strategies within the contracting sector, providing critical legal and structural guidance through complex acquisition and integration programmes. His involvement ensures growth is underpinned by robust legal frameworks and disciplined risk management.

At the head of this alliance is the CEO. Earlier in his career than many around the table, he brings something equally vital: relentless curiosity. For more than a decade, he has studied elite operators, investors, and long-term builders, distilling timeless principles into a modern operating philosophy. Supported by a leadership council of deep experience, his role is to unify vision and execution—keeping the firm bold in ambition, disciplined in decision-making, and focused on long-term value creation.

Together, this leadership team forms more than a board. It is a stewardship council.
